There is never ANY risk to your organization. If items do not sell at your auction, King Bee will gladly take them back.

PLAN AHEAD.

You can place your consignment order 2 weeks to 3 months prior to your event. If your event is within 2 weeks please call us immediately at (888) 742-4844.

KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE.

Know what teams, players, and celebrities are popular with the people at your event. Think about the appropriate price range for your audience.

COMPILE YOUR AUCTION CATALOG ONLINE.

If you need assistance, King Bee’s Auction Experts are at your disposal! You can skip this step if you would prefer that we propose the right auction catalog for your audience. Just fill out the Auction Request Form and we will contact you shortly. If you would like to choose your own items click here to begin.

SIGNOFF.

We review the final list of auction items with you and get your signoff.

WE SHIP FREE.

We ship the items to you one week prior to your event. After your event, you pay the consignment cost on the items sold and return any unsold items. All items must be returned within one week after your event. Payment for any sold items must be received within 21 days of your event.
